When booking an appointment at Mane Haven Salon, we kindly ask that you review and follow our salon policies. These guidelines are in place to help ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone — both our guests and our team.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to secure appointments at Mane Haven Salon. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. If a cancellation or rescheduling is not made within this timeframe, a nonrefundable fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. We apologize for any inconvenience, but refunds cannot be provided for canceled or missed appointments.
REFUND & SERVICE REDO POLICY
At Mane Haven Salon, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we do not offer refunds for services, we’re committed to making things right if something feels off.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your results, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. Your stylist will review your original consultation and assess your hair in person to determine what adjustments may be needed.
With manager approval, adjustments may be offered complimentary or at a reduced rate, depending on the situation. All redos will be scheduled with the original stylist whenever possible.
PHOTO POLICY
Mane Haven Salon reserves the right to publish, post and promote photos taken on our private property. If you wish not to have your photo published, posted, or promoted please let us know, although it is not guaranteed.
PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Mane Haven Salon, we do not offer refunds on product purchases. However, if a product is unopened and unused, it may be returned within 7 days of purchase for salon credit.
If you try a product and aren’t satisfied, we’re happy to exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value. If you’d like to exchange it for a higher-priced product, you’ll simply pay the difference. The bottle must be at least 90% full to be eligible for exchange.
SURVEILLANCE POLICY
Mane Haven Salon has several surveillance cameras inside and outside our building for safety and protection of our staff and clients.
