DO YOU ACCEPT WALK IN'S?
Yes, we do accept walk ins when availability allows - however, we are primarily an appointment- based salon. To ensure you get the time, stylist, and service you're looking for, we always recommend booking ahead or giving us a quick call to check same day availability.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
Please note: a small processing fee is added to all credit card transactions. For gratuity, cash is always preferred and appreciated.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! We offer free parking in our lot. At certain times of the day, parking can be limited, so we recommend arriving a little early for your appointment. Additional parking is also available in the Aldi lot next to our building!
WHAT LANGUAGES ARE SPOKEN AT THE SALON?
ENGLISH & SPANISH
English is primarily spoken at Mane Haven, but we do have a few stylists who speak Spanish.
If you prefer a Spanish- speaking
stylist, just let us know when booking and we'll book you with one of them.
WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER?
We want you to feel comfortable during your visit! Mane Haven offers complimentary Wi-Fi, a beverage and snack bar, disabled access, and a welcoming LGBTQIA and hijab- friendly environment. Private appointments are available upon request.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE SALON?
Yes, we’re a family-friendly salon! We just ask that children are supervised during their visit. For safety reasons, little ones can't be left unattended on the salon floor.
